Our Story
- Established Expertise: Founded in 1938, our journey in the world of oriental rugs began. Gerard Arcari, our founder, acquired his expertise through an apprenticeship, ultimately leading sales and buying for a prominent rug department.
- A Shift Towards Excellence: In 1981, Gerard and his wife Connie acquired Landry Brothers Upholstery Furniture and redirected their focus towards oriental rugs and interior design.
- Expanding Horizons: In 2002, we extended our presence with a showroom in Boston’s Back Bay, followed by another in Framingham in 2015.
- A Family Legacy: Landry & Arcari is a family-owned business, with Jerry passing on his vast knowledge to the next generation, ensuring a commitment to tradition and excellence.
